FAQ ~ What if it rains or we have bad weather?

If you cancel prior to delivery, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, if the weather is determined to be bad. However, once the unit has been delivered, NO REFUND will be made. If you suspect bad weather, we ask that you cancel prior to delivery, or have an alternate indoor space available. In the case of high winds upon delivery, a representative will determine if it is safe to setup the unit. If this occurs, you will be released from any financial responsibility.

There should ALWAYS be someone supervising any inflatable. The most important duties of an attendant are limiting the number of children in or on the inflatable at on time, making sure that the children are all of similar size and controlling the behavior of all participants.

All of our units are cleaned and sanitized between each and every use using a hospital grade sanitization product approved by the CDC. After we set up the unit at your house the unit is inspected a second time to ensure you have the Cleanest inflatable possible! After the inspection process is completed one of our friendly staff will mist the entire unit top to bottom using a electrostatic fogging system to ensure your inflatable is squeaky clean.

Do The Happy Bounce is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Southwest Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.

Please be aware, the State of Florida DOES NOT regulate or require inflatable companies to carry all of the insurance coverage that we have. Some of these companies are able to offer lower prices but often lack insurance altogether! Regardless of who you choose for your next event, we strongly recommend you ask them for documents proving their insurance coverage.
